Where can I find the edit ID for Support?

Each clip you edit in Riverside's editor has a unique edit ID, which the Support team can use to access its technical details.

Step by step

  1. Log in to your Riverside account.
  2. Navigate to the relevant studio.
  3. Select the relevant project.
  4. From the top menu, click Edits.
  5. Under the desired clip, click ••• [the three dots].
  6. Choose Copy ID.
    The edit ID is copied to your computer's clipboard.

TIP:
To paste the Track ID, press Ctrl+V on a PC or ⌘+V on a Mac.

The edit ID looks like composer-abcd12xyz.
