How do I export my recording as an MP3?

To export your media as an MP3 audio file you can:

  • Open a new copy of the recording from the dashboard using Export audio-only

  • or open the recording in the Editor and choose to export it as Audio.

When you export the recording, choose MP3. 

If more than 7 days have past since exporting a recording, and you are unable to download your exported file, repeat the above steps.
