Add visual depth to your content without needing to source footage or switch between platforms. You can convert images to video, insert yourself into generated scenes, and enhance storytelling using guided prompts, customizable visuals, and built-in stock options in one streamlined workflow.

Text to video
- Log in to your Riverside account.
- Open a recording in the editor or upload an external file to start editing.
- From the editor toolbar, click Videos.
- In the Videos panel, click Generate videos.
- Under Generate video, select a template from the list.
The selected template’s prompt appears in the text field. - Above the prompt, click the
plus icon to add scene ingredients.
- Under Participants, select one or more participants to include.
Under Media usage agreement, click Confirm. -
Under Images, add one of the following:

Upload a new image

Select a stock image

Choose from your uploaded images

- To remove an ingredient, hover above it and click the
Remove icon.
- When you're ready, click the
Generate icon.
Your generated video is added to the Uploads section of the editor toolbar. - To regenerate the video, hover over it and click Retry.
To remove a video from the Uploads panel, hover over it and click theRemove icon.
- Once your video is ready, you can either add it as a video overlay or insert it directly into the recording timeline
Image to video
- Log in to your Riverside account.
- Open a recording in the editor or upload an external file to start editing.
- Add an image overlay.
- Click the image on the video canvas.
- Select Make video.

In the camera movement panel, choose a preset.
- Click Generate video.
Your generated video is added to the Uploads section of the editor toolbar. - To regenerate the video, hover over it and click Retry.
To remove a video from the Uploads panel, hover over it and click theRemove icon.
- Once your video is ready, you can either add it as a video overlay or insert it directly into the recording timeline

- Generated videos are limited to a maximum duration of 5 seconds.
