Before publishing to YouTube, make sure your video meets YouTube’s requirements:
- Only video uploads are supported. Audio-only files aren’t supported for either YouTube or YouTube Shorts.
- To qualify as a YouTube Shorts, your video must be:
- Under 180 seconds
- Vertical (9:16) or square (1:1)
