Yes. On a Mac computer, you can use Safari to log in to Riverside, access the dashboard, record in the studio, and edit in the editor.
For the best experience, make sure you are using Safari 18.2 or newer, and avoid using Incognito or Private mode.
Safari has important limitations:
- It cannot be used for the following:
- When recording in the studio on Safari, make sure to stay on the Riverside tab for the entire recording session.
- Screenshare in Safari is fully server-based, so it relies only on your internet connection and may lose resolution or appear blurry at times.
- Safari on iPhone is not supported. To record on an iPhone, use the Riverside iOS app.
For full access and the most stable, high-quality recording experience, we recommend using Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or the macOS desktop app.
