Good to know
- You can send a newsletter to up to 50,000 active subscribers at a time.
- A Riverside website is required to publish your newsletter online. If you don't have one set up yet, you will be prompted to create one when you set up your newsletter.
- Riverside sends your newsletter from an email address that matches your website custom subdomain:
no-reply@[subdomain].riverside.com. If you change your subdomain, this address updates automatically to match. - Changing your subdomain after you have sent a newsletter disconnects the "Read Online" link and any videos in previously sent newsletters.
- Recipients cannot reply to your newsletter.
- The logo at the top of the email is your podcast art and cannot be edited.
- Videos in a newsletter must come from your Riverside account. You cannot upload external video files.
- You can only add exported videos to a newsletter.
- When a recipient clicks a video from the newsletter, they are taken to your Riverside website.
