Hosts or Producers can invite participants to join their studio by sending a studio email invitation.
The emails contain:
- A studio invite link
- Details on how to join the session
- The date and time of the session according to the host's timezone, if you scheduled a studio session
The email looks like this:
Subject: Host Name invited you to a recording session on Riverside🎙️
From: Riverside.fm <notifications@riverside.fm>
- The link to the studio in the email is unique and is valid up until 24 hours after the start of the scheduled session. Studio links you send directly to a guest (outside of an invite email) are always valid.
- The language of studio invite emails is determined by the account owner's interface language setting.
