To cancel your Riverside subscription plan or trial from your computer or the mobile app, follow the steps below. 

Step by step

  • Cancel your subscription with a computer

    1. On a computer, log into your account.
    2. In the bottom left corner, click the account menu button.
    3. Click settings.svg Settings.
    4. On the left, under Your account, click Plan & Billing.
    5. Click Cancel plan at the bottom of the page.
    6. Indicate why you are canceling and click Continue to cancel. 
    7. Continue to answer the rest of the questions until you see a message on the screen that your account is canceled. 

  • Cancel your subscription in the mobile app

    1. Launch the Riverside mobile app.
    2. In the top left corner, tap the current studio. 
    3. Tap settings.svg Settings in the bottom left corner. 
    4. Tap Subscription.
    5. Tap Cancel plan at the bottom of the page. 
    6. Continue to answer the rest of the questions until you see a message on the screen that your account is canceled. 

If you cancel your subscription, you're moved to Riverside's free plan at the end of your current billing cycle.
