Yes, Riverside automatically transcribes filler words. You can easily remove them using the Remove filler words feature. Filler words you remove are shown in gray with a strikethrough.
Some filler words may not be recognized by the system as such. In these cases, they appear in the transcript as a squiggle, which is used to represent an audio disfluency picked up by the microphone.
