Remove audience count in the studio

« To Studio settings: Overview

Choose whether to display the total number of audience members watching the live recording session to all guests and audience members. By default, everyone in the studio can see the audience count.

Follow the steps below to turn off audience count so only the host and producers can see the total number of audience members in the studio.

Before a studio session

  1. Log in to your Riverside account.
    If you have multiple studios, select the relevant studio.
  2. From the sidebar on the left, click the settings icon. 
  3. Click Studio settings.
  4. From the tabs at the top, click Live stream.
  5. Next to Audience count, toggle toggle-off-grey_36x24.svg off to disable it.
    Guests and audience members will not see how many people are in the audience.

During a studio session

  1. Join a studio session as the host or producer.
  2. Stop the current recording.
  3. From the studio sidebar, click Settings.
  1. Click Open all settings at the bottom of the panel.
  2. On the left-side panel, click Advanced.
  3. Scroll down to Audience info.
  4. Next to Audience count, toggle toggle-off-grey_36x24.svg off to disable it.
    Guests and audience members will not see how many people are in the audience.
