Step by step

  1. Log in to your Riverside account.
  2. In the left sidebar, click on your profile.
  3. Click Settings. 
  4. On the left side of the Settings page, under Audio & Video, click Studio settings.
  5. On the top of the page, under the General tab, scroll to Studio link.
  6. In the URL field, enter your custom link name.
    Link names must have 3 to 30 characters, can't contain consecutive separators (so "my--show" is invalid), and can't start or end with a hyphen, period, or underscore. 
  7. Click Save.

  • Changing the studio link updates every invite link for that studio at once.
  • Every existing link keeps working, so anyone who already has a link can still join.
  • Link names must be unique. If a name is taken, Riverside suggests available options. For more details, see our Custom URL Policy.
  • You cannot change your studio's name more than 5 times in a 24 hour period.
