What happens when someone is removed from a Riverside for Business Account?

When a Business account owner removes a team member from their account:

  • They no longer have access to that account’s Productions or recordings.
  • If the removed team member belongs to other Riverside accounts, they can still access those accounts.
  • If the team member is active in that account when they are removed, they are logged out and must log in again to access any other accounts they belong to.
  • If the removed team member does not belong to another account, their access to Riverside is removed. They can create a new account for themselves.
