Where can I find the project ID for Support?

Each project you create on Riverside has a unique, identifying number called the project ID. Riverside's support team can use it to check the technical details of your project.

Step by step

1. Log in to your Riverside account.
2. Navigate to the relevant studio.
3. Under to the relevant project, click ••• [the three dots].
4. Click Copy project ID.
5. The unique project ID, a series of numbers and letters (e.g.,66dd5db8c73ae59618d80959) is copied to your clipboard.
   

TIP:
To paste the project ID, press Ctrl+V on a PC or ⌘+V on a Mac.
