If you've received an invitation to a scheduled studio session, you can easily add the event to your preferred calendar.

Who: Guests and Audience members

Device: Computer Browser and mobile app

Add scheduled session to Google Calendar

  1. Open the invitation email.
  2. Click Add to Google Calendar.
  3. Google Calendar opens in a new tab, where you can review and save the event. 

Add scheduled session to Outlook

After registering for a scheduled session or webinar, attendees receive an email with a calendar invite attached as an .ics file. When the invitation email is opened in Outlook, the event is added to the calendar automatically.

Note: You can only complete this action on a computer.

  1. Open the invitation email.
    The event appears in the calendar automatically.

Add scheduled session to Apple Calendar

After registering, the invitation email includes an attached  .ics file that can be used to add the event to Apple Calendar.

Note: You can only complete this action on a computer.

  1. Open the invitation email.
  2. Scroll to the attachments section.
  3. Next to invite.ics, click Download

  4. Once the file has finished downloading, open your Downloads folder.

  5. Double-click the invite.ics file.
    Apple Calendar opens automatically and shows the event. Click Add to save it to your calendar.
