Where can I find a clip's export ID for Support?

Each clip you export from Riverside's editor has a unique export ID, which the Support team can use to access its technical details.

Step by step

  1. Log in to your Riverside account.
  2. Navigate to the relevant studio.
  3. Select the relevant project.
  4. From the top menu, click Exports.
  5. Under the desired clip, click ••• [the three dots].
  6. Choose Copy ID.
    The export ID is copied to your computer's clipboard.
