Raise your hand in the studio

Raise your hand during a studio session to let the host know that you want ask a question or contribute, without interrupting the current speaker.

Step by step

1. Using a computer, join a studio as a host or guest.
2. At the bottom of the studio, click the React button.
3. Click Raise hand.
   Or, from your keyboard, press Alt+Y / Option+Y.
   In the top right corner of your video tile and in the People panel, the Raise hand icon appears.
4. To lower your hand, click Lower hand.

Good to know

• All participants can see who has raised their hand both on the video tile and in the People panel.
