Step by step

When a guest raises their hand, a small icon appears both in their video tile and participant tile in the People panel.

As a host or producer, you can lower participants' hands or disable the feature for the session. 

• Lower a raised hand

  1. Join a studio as a host or producer.
  2. From the studio sidebar, click People.
  3. Click the three dots next to the relevant guest's name.
  4. Click Lower Hand.

• Disable hand raising

  1. Join a studio as a host or producer.
  2. At the top of the page, click   Settings.
  3. At the bottom of the panel, click Open all settings.
  4. On the left-side panel, click Advanced.
  5. Next to Raise hand gesture, click toggle off   to disable it.
