Purchase editor add-on and invite an editor

Purchase the editor add-on to invite an external editor to collaborate on post-production. Invited editors have permissions limited to handling and editing recordings.

Step by step

  1. On a computer, log in to your account.
  2. In the bottom left corner, click the account menu button.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. On the left side of the page, under Team, click Members.
  5. Under Invite your editor, enter your editor’s email address.
  6. Click Invite.
    In the pop-up, see the price of the editor seat.
  7. Click Unlock for your editor to purchase an editor seat on your account.
  8. Click Invite now.
    The editor you invited receives an invitation email.

Cancel editor add-on

  1. On a computer, log in to your account.
  2. In the bottom left corner, click the account menu button.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. On the left side of the page, under Your account, click Plan & Billing.
  5. Next to Editor seat (add-on), click Manage.
  6. Click Cancel subscription.
  7. Click Yes, cancel it.

  • If you are on a Pro trial, you are not able to invite an editor.
