How to navigate between accounts

«To Manage your account: Overview

If you are a member of multiple accounts, you can switch between them when you log in or from within your account.

Step by step

• Choose an account when logging in

  1. Log in to your Riverside account. 
  2. In the Which account are you using today? window, next to the account you want to access, click Choose. 

  Riverside opens the selected account.

• Move between accounts from the account menu

  1. In the bottom left corner, click the account menu button.
  2. At the top of the window, view your accounts. The current account has a checkmark next to it.
  3. Click the account you want to access.

  Riverside loads the selected account.

Good to know 

• Switching between your accounts does not log you out.
• When you join another account, content is not merged between accounts. Recordings, projects, and settings remain separate within each account.
• You only see the recordings and projects that belong to the account you are currently viewing.
