Notification emails update you about an action in your account, like letting you know that an export is ready. If you’d like to stop receiving these, scroll to the bottom of any of these messages and click Unsubscribe.

Account emails, on the other hand, contain essential information needed to keep your Riverside account secure and functioning properly. Since these messages are foundational to your account, they cannot be turned off.
