When running a webinar with shared content such as the Media Board, a presentation, or a screen share, the video layout behaves as follows:
The layout automatically switches to Picture-in-Picture Side, where the shared media is displayed prominently and other participants appear in a narrow column on the right.
Hosts and producers can adjust the layout in the Layout menu.
Good to know
Screen shares and presentations from producers are visible to audience members, even though producers themselves are not.
Audience members only see the layout set by the host.
