If your organization has industry-standard SSO (Single-Sign On) set-up with Riverside, follow the steps to log in using SSO.
Step-by-step: First time logging in
Once your company sets up SSO, you must create your Riverside account by following the steps below.
- Go to your company email account.
- Open the Riverside invite email.
- In the email, click Accept Invite.
The Riverside account creation page opens. - Enter your name and, if required, a password.
- Click Create account.
Your Riverside account is created. Follow the steps below to log in with SSO.
Step-by-step: Log in after account created
Once you've created your account, log in to Riverside by following the steps below.
- Go to riverside.com/login.
- On the login screen, click Single sign-on login (SSO).
- Enter your email.
- Click Continue with SSO.
- Log in to your organization's SSO.
Your Riverside account opens.
