« To Studio teleprompter: Overview
Hosts and producers can edit and control the teleprompter. If you want an invited producer to have these permissions as well, follow the steps below.

Step by step
- Join a studio session as a host.
- Stop the current recording.
- From the studio sidebar, click
Settings.
- Click Open all settings.
- On the left-side panel, click
Advanced.
- Next to
Teleprompter Permissions, toggle
on to enable it.
When the toggle is on, invited producers can view and edit the text, control the teleprompter, and share it with guests from a computer browser or the Mac app only.
Good to know
- An internal producer can also see the Teleprompter button at the bottom of the studio, launch the teleprompter, and edit its text.
- To edit the script or control the teleprompter as a producer, join from a computer browser or the Mac app.
- The host and producers can edit the text at the same time.
- On the mobile app, only the host can open, edit, and share the script and teleprompter. Producers who join from the mobile app can only view the teleprompter when the host shares it.
