Sync your content planner with Google Calendar to see your recording sessions, live streams, webinars, and social posts alongside the rest of your schedule.

Step by step
- Log in to your Riverside account.
- Navigate to the relevant studio.
- From the sidebar on the left, click Planner.
- In the top right corner of the Planner, click the
View settings icon.
- Under Sync, click Google Calendar.

Follow the prompts to authorize access to your Google account.
Once connected, your selected content will appear in your Google Calendar automatically. You may need to refresh Google Calendar to see new events.
Manage sync settings
After connecting, hover over your connected account in the settings dropdown to manage your sync preferences.
- Under Sync from studio, select if you want to show events from all studios, or just specific studios.
- To remove the connection, click Disconnect.
Good to know
- This is a one-way sync. Any changes you make in the content planner are reflected in Google Calendar, but changes made in Google Calendar will not affect the content planner.

For Business accounts with more than 2 members, you can select which account members you want to sync events for. Under Sync events by, select which events to sync:
- Me: Events you create
- Others: Events created by other members on your account
Both are selected by default.
