Start a chat with the Marketer agent

  • Using a computer browser

    The Marketer agent is accessible throughout the Riverside platform.

    1. Log in to your Riverside account.
    2. Navigate to the relevant studio.
    3. Click the Agents button in the top left corner of the page.
      Or, on the homepage, the agents chat is already open.
    4. Select the Marketer icon.
      The Marketer agent chat opens.

  • Using the iOS app

    1. Open the Riverside iOS app on your phone.
    2. On the Home screen, tap Agents in the bottom navigation bar.
    3. Tap the Producer agent.
      The Marketer chat opens.

Using the Marketer agent

Once your edit is finalized, the Marketer agent can help you distribute your content in several ways.

Social media

  • Create, publish, schedule, edit, or cancel social posts.
  • Recommend where and when to post.
  • Draft captions tailored to each platform.
  • Show your social post analytics.

Podcast hosting

  • Create and publish or schedule podcast episodes.
  • Suggest and draft episode titles and descriptions.
  • Generate thumbnails.
  • Show your podcast analytics.

  • To publish and schedule posts to a platform, connect your social account first.
  • To publish and schedule episodes, set up your podcast on Riverside first.
