Follow these steps when:
- You see the following error message when trying to remove your podcast from Riverside:
- "An error occurred"
Likely causes:
This error may be because the podcast was previously claimed on Apple Podcasts and/or Spotify. If a podcast has been claimed on one of these platforms, Riverside can't remove it automatically, as the platform still considers it to belong to you.
Suggested troubleshooting steps
- Delete your podcast on Apple Podcasts and/or Spotify directly. Log in to your Apple Podcasts and Spotify accounts to see if your podcast is listed there. If it is, this means you have claimed it.
- Remove the podcast again from your Riverside Hosting page.
