By default, each participant's local high quality track automatically starts uploading during the call. However, if someone has low internet bandwidth or low processing power on their computer, you can pause a participant's track upload.
This improves the quality of the live recording by enabling the participant's internet bandwidth and computer processing power to be entirely dedicated to the live session.
