Upload and manage files in the Media Board

« To Media Board and screen sharing: Overview

Upload your own videos, images,  music, or sound effects to the media board before or during a recording. 

Step by step

1. Join a studio as a host or producer.
2. From the sidebar on the right, click Media.
   Follow the steps to upload and manage each media type.

Videos & images

1. Under Videos & images, click the upload button.
   Your computer's file selector opens.
2. Choose one or more supported media files and click Open.
   The file appears in the Media tab. 
3. To rename or delete a file, click the ••• [the three dots] in the top right corner of the thumbnail. 

Music

1. Under Music, click  theupload button.
   Your computer's file selector opens.
2. Choose one or more supported media files and click Open. 
   The file appears in the Media tab.
3. To rename or delete a file, click the ••• [the three dots] in the top right corner of the thumbnail. 

Sound effects

1. Under Sound effects, click the + upload button.
   Your computer's file selector opens.
2. Choose one or more supported media files and click Open. 
   The file appears in the Media tab.
3. To edit a sound effect, click the ••• [the three dots] in the top right corner of the tile and click Edit. You can:
   • Change the name
   • Change the keyboard shortcut that triggers the sound effect
   • Change the emoji that represents the sound effect
4. To delete a sound effect, click the ••• [the three dots] in the top right corner of the tile and click Delete.

Good to know

• You can upload up to 10 files to the Media Board at a time. 
• Media board files you upload are saved and added across all studios in the production.
