Can I host a studio but not be recorded?

user.svg Producer role is available on the Riverside Business plan.

Yes, if you do not want to be recorded but need to host the recording session, log in to your account and join as a producer by selecting it from the dropdown menu.

As the internal producer, you replace the Host and can start and stop a recording. If your camera is on, you can be seen by the other participants, including Audience members.
