- Before you reach out, log in to your Riverside account and enter the account you are having issues in. iThis helps the Support team answer your questions more quickly.
- For help with a past recording session, please provide the session's Recording ID.
- You can also search our Help Center to answer questions and learn more about Riverside's features.

- At the top right, click the Get help icon.
- In the menu, click
Chat Support.
The Support widget opens.
Your first responses to the RiverBot will connect you to the right support agent or help resource.
