Contact Riverside's support agents for 24-hour assistance over live chat or email.

Before you reach out, log in to your Riverside account and enter the account you are having issues in. This helps the Support team answer your questions more quickly.
- For help with a past recording session, please provide the session's Recording ID.

Via email
1. Send an email to support@riverside.com with a description of the issue.
  A support agent will follow up by email.

From the lobby
1. At the bottom right, click the icon.
  The Support widget opens.

From the studio
1. On the right side of the page, click the Help icon.
2. In the menu, click Chat Support.

On your mobile app
1. Log in to your Riverside account.
2. Tap the studio name at the top of your screen.
  A menu opens from the left.
3. Tap Contact support.
