Quickly correct all occurrences of a word or phrase throughout your edit's transcript.

Correct everywhere

Step by step

  • Using a computer

    1. Log in to your Riverside account.
    2. Open a recording in the editor or upload an external file to start editing.
    3. In the transcript, click and select a word or phrase.
    4. Click pencil-01.svg Correct.
    5. Type in the replacement text.
    6. Click correct-all-2-checks.svgCorrect everywhere to replace all instances of the word.

    Corrected words appear with a dotted purple underline in the transcript.

  • Using a phone

    1. Open a recording from the Riverside mobile app.
      On the mobile app, you can create new drafts, but you are not able to make changes to in-progress drafts made on a computer.
    2. Tap pencil-01.svg Correct at the bottom of the screen.
    3. In the transcript, tap a word or multiple adjacent words.
    4. Tap All to replace all instances of the word.

    Corrected words appear with a dotted purple underline in the transcript.
