'Correct everywhere' in the transcript

Quickly correct all occurrences of a word or phrase throughout your edit's transcript.

Step by step

  1. Log in to your Riverside account.
  2. Open a recording in the editor or upload an external file to start editing.
  1. In the transcript, click and select a word or phrase.
  2. Click pencil-01.svg Correct.
  3. Type in the replacement text.
  4. Click correct-all-2-checks.svgCorrect everywhere to replace all instances of the word.

The edit's captions use the corrected text. The downloadable transcription and subtitle files and any other edits from the same recording also include the corrections.
