If you have a Pro, Live, or Webinar plan, follow the steps below to remove an existing payment method from your account.
Business accounts should contact their Customer Success Manager to change payment methods.
Step by step
- On a computer, log into your account.
- In the bottom left corner, click the account menu button.
- Click
Settings.
- On the left, under Your account, click Plan & Billing.
- Click Manage payment.
You are redirected to Riverside’s payment provider. - Under Payment Method, find the desired card.
- Click the ••• [the three dots].
- Select Delete.
