Change or add default payment method

To change or update your default payment method for your Riverside subscription, follow the steps below.

Step by step

  1. On a computer, log into your account.
  2. In the bottom left corner, click the account menu button.
  3. Click your plan name from the menu.
    Plan & Billing opens in your settings.
  4. Click Manage payment.
    You are redirected to Riverside’s payment provider. 
  5. Under Payment Method find the desired card.
  6. Click the ••• [the three dots].
  7. Select Make default. 

NOTE:
For Riverside for Business accounts, only the account owner or admins can update their credit card details. Please contact your Customer Success Manager if you'd like to change your payment method from credit card to wire transfer.
