This happens when participants leave the Riverside studio before their recording fully uploads.
Luckily, there are a few steps you can take to retrieve the track and begin editing your recording.
The editor becomes available after 15 minutes, even if your participant hasn't fully uploaded their track. When this happens, you can still edit your recording, however, only a partial high-quality track will be available for the participant who has not completed their upload.
You can always use the cloud recording as a workaround when editing with a partial track by downloading it and re-uploading it to the editor.
