Understanding the different studio links

Riverside offers different types of studio links, each designed for specific access needs and use cases.

Studio link

Recurring sessions. Always valid and easily reusable.

Always valid and does not expire. Shared by copying the link from the Invite People panel and pasting it into emails, social posts, etc.

Up to 9 guests.

Anyone with the link can join.

The host can copy and share the link manually.

Email invitation link

Inviting specific participants to join within a short timeframe.

Valid for 10 days after sent (applies only to unscheduled studio sessions). Automatically sent to participants when you click Send Invite in the Invite People panel. Limited to 10 participants via email invitations. The host cannot copy or paste the link; it is sent directly to the participant.

Audience public access link

Webinars where anyone can join (no registration required).

Always valid and does not expire.  Shared by copying the link from the Invite People panel and pasting it into emails, social posts, etc.

Up to 100 audience members

Anyone with the link can join.

The host can copy and share the link manually.

Webinar registration form link

Scheduled webinars requiring audience registration through Riverside’s customized audience pre-registration form.

Valid only during the scheduled session window Registrants receive a confirmation email with their unique joining link. Up to 10,000 audience members. The host can resend the confirmation email or share their unique joining link.

Direct session link

Scheduled webinars with registration handled externally or where audience details are collected on entry to the studio.

Valid only during the scheduled session window Shared by clicking Copy join link and pasting it into emails, social posts, etc. Up to 10,000 audience members. The host can copy and share the link from the scheduled event panel in the studio.
