Update SSO configuration to be .fm to .com

Follow the steps below to change your SSO set-up with Riverside to .fm to .com. Note that there is no need to generate and upload a new certificate.

  Plan: Business
Device: Computer browser

Okta 

  1. Log into Okta as an admin and on the menu, click Applications.
  2. Navigate to Riverside SSO.
  3. On Okta, edit the Riverside SSO set-up. 
  4. In the Single sign-on URL, change .fm to .com.
  5. Save your changes.
  6. Download the XML certificate and send it to Riverside Support to upload to your account at teams@riverside.fm.

Google

  1. Log into your Google account and go to the Admin page.
  2. On the left, in the sidebar, click Apps.
  3. Click Web and mobile apps.
  4. Navigate to Riverside SSO.
  5. In Google, edit the Riverside SSO set-up. 
  6. On the Service provider details page, in the ACS URL, change .fm to .com.
  7. Save your changes.
  8. Download the XML certificate and send it to Riverside Support to upload to your account at teams@riverside.fm.

Microsoft Azure SSO (Entra ID)

  1. Log into the Azure/Entra admin center.
  2. In the menu on the left, click Applications.
  3. Choose Enterprise applications.
  4. Navigate to Riverside SSO.
  5. On Azure/Entra, edit the Riverside SSO set-up. 
  6. In the Reply URL, change .fm to .com.
  7. Save your changes.
  8. Download the XML certificate and send it to Riverside Support to upload to your account at teams@riverside.fm.

Other (OneLogin, JumpCloud, others)

  1. In your authentication management system, go to the Riverside SSO. 
  2. Edit the Riverside SSO set-up. 
  3. In the ACS URL (may also be called Reply URL, Single Sign-On URL, or Callback URL), change .fm to .com.
  4. Save your changes. 
  5. Download the XML certificate and send it to Riverside Support to upload to your account at teams@riverside.fm.
