Follow the steps below to change your SSO set-up with Riverside to .fm to .com. Note that there is no need to generate and upload a new certificate.

Okta
- Log into Okta as an admin and on the menu, click Applications.
- Navigate to Riverside SSO.
- On Okta, edit the Riverside SSO set-up.
- In the Single sign-on URL, change .fm to .com.
- Save your changes.
- Download the XML certificate and send it to Riverside Support to upload to your account at teams@riverside.fm.
- Log into your Google account and go to the Admin page.
- On the left, in the sidebar, click Apps.
- Click Web and mobile apps.
- Navigate to Riverside SSO.
- In Google, edit the Riverside SSO set-up.
- On the Service provider details page, in the ACS URL, change .fm to .com.
- Save your changes.
- Download the XML certificate and send it to Riverside Support to upload to your account at teams@riverside.fm.
Microsoft Azure SSO (Entra ID)
- Log into the Azure/Entra admin center.
- In the menu on the left, click Applications.
- Choose Enterprise applications.
- Navigate to Riverside SSO.
- On Azure/Entra, edit the Riverside SSO set-up.
- In the Reply URL, change .fm to .com.
- Save your changes.
- Download the XML certificate and send it to Riverside Support to upload to your account at teams@riverside.fm.
Other (OneLogin, JumpCloud, others)
- In your authentication management system, go to the Riverside SSO.
- Edit the Riverside SSO set-up.
- In the ACS URL (may also be called Reply URL, Single Sign-On URL, or Callback URL), change .fm to .com.
- Save your changes.
- Download the XML certificate and send it to Riverside Support to upload to your account at teams@riverside.fm.
