Sort projects

Use sorting to change the order projects appear in your studio's dashboard.

  1. Log in to your Riverside account.
  2. Navigate to the relevant studio.
  3. From the sidebar on the left, click Projects.
  4. In the top right corner, click Last created to open the sorting dropdown.

  5. Select one of the following options:

    • Last viewed

    • Last created

    • A - Z

    • Z - A

Switch between list view and grid view

Change how projects are displayed in your studio's dashboard to match how you prefer to browse.

  1. Log in to your Riverside account.
  2. Navigate to the relevant studio.
  3. From the side bar on the left, click Projects.
  4. In the top right corner, click the menu.svg List view icon or the grid-01.svg Grid view icon. 

  • List view shows more project details in a compact layout, including Last viewed information for each project.

  • Grid view shows larger thumbnails with project state labels, such as:

    • Scheduled 

    • Audio-only 

    • Empty 

    • Uploading 

    • Processing

  • The Last viewed tab only shows projects recently viewed by the signed-in account. 
  • In Grid view, hovering over a project thumbnail shows the recording duration.
  • Both List view and Grid view show the number of Recordings and Edits within each project, making it easier to distinguish original recording files from edits at a glance without opening the project.
