Customize your Content Planner view

Customize how your Planner looks and what it shows. Filter by content type and studio, choose your week's start day, and switch the calendar layout between Weekly, Monthly, and List.

Step by step

  •  View settings

    1. Log in to your Riverside account.
    2. Navigate to the relevant studio.
    3. From the sidebar on the left, click Planner.In the top right corner of the Planner, click the View settings icon.
    4. Under View, adjust any of the following:
      • Week numbers toggle.
        Toggle on toggle-on.svg Week numbers to display the number of each week on the left of the calendar.
      • Change your week's start day
        Click the day currently shown (for example, Sunday), then choose the day you want your week to start on.
      • Filter by content type
        Click Content type, then check or uncheck any content type to show or hide it in the Planner.
        All content types are checked by default.
    5. Under Sync you can sync your Content Planner with your Google calendar.

  •  Studio filter

    1. Log in to your Riverside account.
    2. Navigate to the relevant studio.
    3. From the sidebar on the left, click Planner.
    4. In the top right corner of the Planner, click the Studios icon.
      Only the Studio you're currently viewing is checked by default.
    5. Check or uncheck a Studio to show or hide its events.
      Use the Search studios... field to quickly find a studio.

  •  Calendar display

    1. Log in to your Riverside account.
    2. Navigate to the relevant studio.
    3. From the sidebar on the left, click Planner.In the top right corner of the Planner, choose from three options for how your Planner is displayed: Month, Week, and List.

Icon.svg Good to know

  • Week numbers and your week's start day are saved to your Riverside account, so your preference carries over across devices.
  • The content type filter is saved to this browser only. Switching browsers or devices resets it to show every content type.
  • Unchecking a content type only hides it from the Planner. It doesn't delete, cancel, or unschedule that content.
  • If every content type is unchecked, the Planner shows its empty state. Recheck any content type in View settings to bring your events back.
