«To Manage your account: Overview

If you are a member of multiple accounts, you can switch between them when you log in to Riverside.

Choose your account

Step by step

  1. Log in to your Riverside account. 
  2. In the Which account are you using today? window, next to the account you want to access, click Choose. 

Riverside opens the selected account.

Good to know Icon.svg Good to know 

  • When you join another account, content is not merged between accounts. Recordings, projects, and settings remain separate within each account.
  • You only see the recordings and projects that belong to the account you are currently viewing.
  • Account switching is not currently available in the Riverside mobile app. To access a different account on mobile, log out and log back in with the other account's credentials.
