Manage subscribers on your Riverside website

View and manage people who subscribe to your Riverside website. Track new subscribers and export your list to use outside of Riverside.

Plan: Pro, Live, Webinar, and Business

View subscribers

  1. Log in to your Riverside account.
  2. Navigate to the relevant studio.
  3. From the sidebar on the left, click Newsletter.
  1. At the top of the screen, click the Subscribers tab.

Export subscribers from your website

Download your subscriber list as a CSV file.

  1. Log in to your Riverside account.
  2. Navigate to the relevant studio.
  3. From the sidebar on the left, click Newsletter.
  1. In the top right corner of the screen, click Settings.

  2. Select Export subscribers.

What's included in the CSV file?

  • Email
  • Full Name
  • Country
  • Origin URL
  • Subscribed At

  • Subscribers must confirm their subscription before they are added to your list. Once confirmed, you receive an email notification.
