Book a session with a professional Riverside team member to support your recording from start to finish. A producer can help with setup, monitoring audio and video quality during the session, and troubleshooting hardware issues so you can focus on the content.
Who: Account owner, admins, directors, and editors

Step by step
- Log in to your Riverside account.
- Navigate to the relevant studio.
- From the sidebar on the left, click Planner.
- On the calendar, find the scheduled session and click it to open the event summary.
- Next to Producer support is included in your plan, click Book.
The appointment form opens in a new window. - Under Select Appointment, click Book next to your time zone:
- Asia/Australia time zone (23:00-7:00 UTC)
- Europe Time Zone (7:00-14:00 UTC)
- Americas Time Zone (14:00-23:00 UTC)
- Select a date and time slot from the calendar, then click Select and continue.
- Fill out the Your Information and Producers on Demand Booking Form sections. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
- Click Confirm appointment.
A confirmation email is sent to you. Our team may follow up to request additional information to best prepare for your session.
Good to know
- Contact your CSM if the time you would like to book is unavailable, or if you expect your session to take longer than 60 minutes.
- You can also book a producer on demand session by clicking your profile icon in the bottom left corner of the dashboard and selecting Book a producer.
