Hide a word or phrase from the captions

Control exactly which words appear in your on-screen captions without removing them from the transcript, and bring any of them back with one click.

Step by step 

1. Log in to your Riverside account.
2. Open a recording in the editor or upload an external file to start editing.
3. From the transcript, click the word you want to remove.
   Or, click and drag to select a phrase or multiple lines.
4. Click the Hide from captions icon.
   Phrases and sections you delete are shown with a strikethrough.
5. To restore the word or phrase, click it and then click Show in Captions.
