Disable studio reactions

Turn off emoji reactions for everyone in a session, including guests and audience members.

Step by step

  1. Log in to your Riverside account 
  2. Join a studio as a host or producer.
  3. In the sidebar on the right, click Settings.
  4. Click Open all settings.
  5. On the left-side panel, click Advanced.
  6. Next to Studio Reactions, click toggle off toggle-off-grey_36x24.svg to disable it.
    When the toggle is off, no participant, including the audience, can send reactions during the session.

  • Turning this off disables reactions for everyone in the session. You can not disable reactions for audience members only while keeping them on for guests.
  • This setting is saved at the studio level.
  • Studio Reactions is on by default for new studios.
