Accept guests waiting in the lobby

When your studio settings require guests to wait in the lobby, the host or producer must allow guests and other producers into the studio. 

Using a computer

1. Join a studio as the host or as a producer.
2. From the studio sidebar, click People.

3. In the People panel, under Waiting to join, click Let in next to a participant's name to admit them individually.
   Or, click Let everyone in to allow all waiting participants to join at once.

Using the mobile app

1. Using the iOS or Android app, join a studio as a host or a producer.
2. At the bottom of the screen, tap ••• [the three dots]. 
3. Tap People panel.
4. Next to the name of the participant you want to admit, tap Let in.

Good to know

• If you accidentally ignore a guest's or producer's request to join, they can submit the request again.
