Join a studio as an audience member

Join a studio as an audience member to watch a recording session live. You're not recorded, but you can participate in the live chat. 

Step by step

Follow the steps below to join the studio as an audience member from a computer or a mobile device. To join a webinar as an audience member, follow the steps here.

Please note

You can join the event on a computer using Chrome, Edge, or Safari, or by using the Riverside mobile app.

To live call-in, you must join from a computer using Chrome or Edge. 

  • Join a studio as an audience member from a computer

    1. On your computer, using Chrome, Safari, or Edge, click the invite link.
    2. To enter the chat, type your name in the chat panel and click Enter chat.
      Please note that you can only request a live call-in on Chrome or Edge.

  • Join a studio as an audience member from a phone 

    To join the session from a phone, you must first download the Riverside mobile app.

    1. On your phone, tap the invite link.
      You are redirected to the Riverside mobile app.

    2. Enter your name.

    3. In the top right corner, tap Join.

Once you've entered the studio as audience member, you can:

  • Watch the recording session live. Once the session begins, you'll see the host and any guests on your screen. 
  • Read and write messages in the chat. Chat is available and visible to everyone in the studio including, the host, guests, producers, and other people watching the stream.
  • Request a live call-in to join the live session and be recorded (only from a computer using Chrome or Edge).
