« To Download recording tracks: Overview
Cloud recordings are media files recorded over the internet during the live call. Follow the steps below to download one person's cloud recording track.
Step by step
- Log in to your Riverside account.
- Navigate to the relevant studio.
- Select the relevant project.
- From the top menu, click Recordings.
- Scroll down to the relevant recording.
- Under Tracks, next to the desired track, click Download.

Select Cloud to save the MP4 video to your computer.
Preparing in real time and can take up to 15 mins.
Good to know
- Once generated, cloud recordings are available for three months, after which they are permanently deleted.
