To change or update your payment method for your Riverside subscription, follow the steps below.

Step by step

  1. Using a computer, log into your Riverside account.
  2. In the bottom left corner, click the account menu button.
  3. Click settings.svg Settings.
  4. On the left, under Your account, click Plan & Billing
    Or, click Subscription.
  5. Click Manage payment.
    Or, click Manage subscription and billing.
    You are redirected to Riverside’s payment provider. 
  6. Under Payment method, click + Add Payment Method.
  7. Enter the card details.
  8. Click Add.
NOTE:
For Riverside for Business accounts, only the account owner or admins can update their credit card details. Please contact your Customer Success Manager if you'd like to change your payment method from credit card to wire transfer.
