New files you upload to the Media Board must meet the below requirements.

Plan: All plans
Device: Computer browser
Supported file types
Audio files supported by your browser:
- WAV
- MP3
- OGG
- Use AAC, MPEG, or OPUS codecs.
- Up to 1 GB
Image files supported by your browser:
- PNG
- JPG
- Up to 1 GB
Video files supported by your browser:
- WEBM
- MP4
- MPEG
- Use H264, VP8, H265, or VP9 codecs.
- Up to 1 GB
- For pre-recorded webinars, video files can be up to 5 GB or 2 hours in length.
- Maximum recommended video resolution is 1080p.
