Keep only part of an edit

« To Transcriptions: Overview

If you only need a specific segment, you can easily keep that part of the recording and remove the rest from your edit.

Step by step

  1. Log in to your Riverside account.
  2. Open a recording in the editor or upload an external file to start editing.
  1. In the transcript, click and drag to highlight the desired text section.
  2. Click the ••• three dots icon.
  3. Click keep-only-this-icon.svg Keep only this.
    Footage from the rest of the recording is removed from this edit.
