Duplicate an edit

Duplicate an edit to create multiple versions of it with your customizations. For example, you can create a few copies of an edit, each with a different aspect ratio or duration, to share on different social platforms.

Duplicate an edit from the editor

  1. Log in to your Riverside account.
  2. Open a recording in the editor or upload an external file to start editing.
  1. In the top-left corner of the screen, click the Proj nav panel.svg sidebar icon.
  2. From the navigation menu, hover over the edit you want to duplicate.
  3. Click ••• [the three dots].
  4. Click Duplicate.
  5. A copy of the edit is added, titled Copy of {name of edit}.

Duplicate an edit from the project page

  1. Log in to your Riverside account.
  2. Navigate to the relevant studio.
  3. Select the relevant project.
  4. From the top menu, click Edits.
  5. Under the preview, click ••• [the three dots].
  6. Click Duplicate.
  7. A copy of the edit is added, titled Copy of {name of edit}.

IMPORTANT
Comments are intended for editing purposes only. They do not carry over to the copy of the edit when you duplicate.
